1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bejdb ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the bejdb website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services (collectively "the Platform").

By accessing the bejdb Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the bejdb Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their account.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the bejdb Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active bejdb account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited on the bejdb Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not currently hold an active self-exclusion agreement with bejdb or any gambling operator that covers the bejdb Platform.
• You are not a director, employee, agent, consultant, or contractor of bejdb, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.

2.1 Age Verification

bejdb conducts age and identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks as part of the withdrawal process and at any time we consider it appropriate. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by bejdb may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bejdb primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the bejdb Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. bejdb makes no representation that the Platform is legal, appropriate, or available in any jurisdiction outside of its intended market. Players who access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction do so at their own risk.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access betting and gaming services on bejdb, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a secure password. By submitting a registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you undertake to keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered bejdb account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. bejdb reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to hold multiple accounts and to void any bets or winnings generated across those accounts.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bejdb account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of the Platform after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify bejdb immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

bejdb will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bejdb that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

3.3 Accurate Personal Information

You must provide your true full name, date of birth, and valid Bangladeshi mobile number at registration. The name on your bejdb account must match the name on the payment account (bKash, Nagad, bank account) used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatched names may result in withdrawal delays pending identity verification or, in cases of deliberate misrepresentation, permanent account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bejdb processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard where available. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn from time to time at bejdb's discretion.

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500 BDT
• Maximum single deposit: Subject to the limits imposed by your chosen payment method. For bKash and Nagad, standard transaction limits apply as set by those service providers.
• Daily deposit limit: ৳200,000 BDT (unless a lower personal limit has been set by the player via responsible gaming tools).

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. This policy is in place to protect against money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their verified source. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Within 24 hours of approval for standard withdrawals.
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000 BDT.
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000 BDT (subject to KYC completion for amounts above ৳50,000 BDT).

bejdb reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be informed if additional documentation is required. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the account has an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements attached to the withdrawal-eligible balance.

4.3 Responsible Use of Funds

Players must only deposit funds that belong to them personally and that have been obtained through lawful means. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using any payment method that is not in your own name, is prohibited and may trigger an anti-money-laundering review. bejdb complies with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and cooperates with lawful requests from relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, bejdb offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to registered players. All such promotional offers are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual offer communication or promotion page.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual offer. Expired offers cannot be retroactively applied.
• bejdb reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by the player.
• Bonuses credited to your account may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash prior to the satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms at the time of issuance. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must wager a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each bet staked towards the requirement, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual offer terms. bejdb reserves the right to exclude certain games entirely from wagering requirement contributions.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bejdb actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, matched betting using bonuses, and coordinated abuse across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, bejdb reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any bonus-derived winnings, and close the account permanently without notice.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

bejdb offers a library of casino games and sports betting markets sourced from internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages, which are accessible within the game interface or help section.

6.1 Random Number Generators

All digital (non-live) casino games available on bejdb use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine game outcomes. These RNG systems are independently tested and certified by the respective game provider's regulatory body to ensure fair and unpredictable results on every spin, hand, or round. bejdb does not modify, influence, or interfere with any game outcome.

6.2 Sports Betting Markets

Sports betting odds on bejdb are set by our odds management system and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed and confirmed are the odds that will apply to that bet. bejdb reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started where in-play betting was not offered, or where a manifest error in odds is identified.

6.3 Manifest Errors

In the event that a game outcome is determined to have resulted from a technical fault, software error, or manifest pricing error, bejdb reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to players' accounts. This applies to both casino games and sports betting markets. bejdb will communicate any such voiding decision to affected players via their registered contact details.

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game or system malfunction — including network interruptions, server errors, or software bugs — all affected bets may be declared void. Stakes will be returned to the player's account. bejdb accepts no liability for any losses — including loss of potential winnings — attributable to technical malfunction beyond our reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time while holding a bejdb account or using the bejdb Platform, engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, falsified identity documents, or any other fraudulent means to fund or operate a bejdb account.
• Money laundering: Using the bejdb Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gambling entertainment.
• Collusion: Working in concert with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game, poker variant, or betting market.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities: Taking advantage of any bug, software glitch, or pricing error to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to bejdb immediately.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider in bad faith for funds legitimately deposited and wagered on the Platform.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with bejdb.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your bejdb account under any circumstances.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bejdb reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within the timeframe requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder via the responsible gaming tools or by contacting support.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for 12 consecutive months). Players will be notified before any inactive account is closed, and any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your bejdb account at any time by contacting [email protected] and requesting account closure. Before closure is processed, any active bonus balances will be removed from your account. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your most recently used verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Players choosing to close their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools described in our Responsible Gaming Policy.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your bejdb account — whether voluntary or initiated by bejdb — your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately. Your registration data will be retained by bejdb in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Where an account has been closed due to breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

8.3 Disputes

Any dispute relating to the outcome of a bet, a bonus decision, a withdrawal delay, or an account closure must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. bejdb will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within 14 business days. Players are encouraged to provide all relevant documentation — including screenshots, transaction references, and dates — when submitting a dispute.
